John Butler graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, and went on to graduate from University of Oregon Law School in 1999. He is a former chair of the debtor-creditor section of the Lane County Bar Association, and a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA.)

John’s many hobbies include photography, music and travel. He enjoys spending time on the Oregon Coast with his wife Deborah and their dog Stella.

Heather McIntosh has worked at Armstrong Bankruptcy Law Offices for over 15 years.  With John, she assists our clients through every stage of the bankruptcy process, from setting initial consultations through preparation and filing of the bankruptcy petition and preparation of documents for hearings.  She has developed extensive bankruptcy knowledge over the years, and is an invaluable part of the Armstrong Bankruptcy Law Offices team.

When she’s not at work, Heather enjoys reading, music, movies and activities with her husband and children.  She is a life-long  Oregonian and spends as much time as possible with her large extended family in Cottage Grove.
